الشروط والأحكام والأسعار
These concise terms govern AMSCV website use and digital-service orders. English appears on the left and Arabic on the right for direct comparison.
1. Service provider and scope
These Terms apply to use of the AMSCV website and purchases of its digital services. AMSCV is a digital-services brand. Website: https://amscv.com. Customer-service email: admin@amscv.com. Any licence or authentication details displayed on the website form part of these Terms.
1. مقدم الخدمة ونطاق الشروط
تسري هذه الشروط على استخدام موقع AMSCV وشراء خدماته الرقمية. AMSCV علامة خدمات رقمية. الموقع الإلكتروني: https://amscv.com، وبريد خدمة العملاء: admin@amscv.com. وتعد بيانات الترخيص أو التوثيق المعروضة في الموقع جزءًا من هذه الشروط.
2. Acceptance and contract formation
By using the website or submitting a service request, the customer acknowledges these Terms. Submitting a brief alone does not create a charge or start work. A service contract is formed when AMSCV confirms the package or scope, total price, timing and revisions in writing, the customer accepts the offer, and payment succeeds. The version shown at acceptance and payment governs that order.
2. الموافقة وتكوين العقد
باستخدام الموقع أو تقديم طلب خدمة، يقر العميل بالاطلاع على هذه الشروط. لا يترتب على إرسال الملخص وحده أي دفع أو بدء للعمل. يتكون عقد الخدمة عندما تؤكد AMSCV كتابيًا الباقة أو النطاق والسعر الإجمالي والمدة والمراجعات، ويقبل العميل العرض وينجح الدفع. وتحكم الطلب النسخة المعروضة من الشروط وقت القبول والدفع.
3. Services and scope boundaries
AMSCV provides LinkedIn profile audit and enhancement services and Power BI report and dashboard development through fixed packages or custom quotations. The service-page description and written confirmation define deliverables, timing, revisions and exclusions. A package does not include unlisted work or unlimited revisions, and custom work requires scope review before pricing.
3. الخدمات وحدود النطاق
تقدم AMSCV خدمات تدقيق وتحسين ملفات LinkedIn وتطوير تقارير ولوحات معلومات Power BI، من خلال باقات ثابتة أو عروض مخصصة. يحدد وصف صفحة الخدمة والتأكيد الكتابي المخرجات ومدة التسليم والمراجعات والاستثناءات. لا تشمل الباقة عملًا غير مذكور أو مراجعات غير محدودة، ويتطلب العمل المخصص مراجعة النطاق قبل التسعير.
4. Prices, payment and VAT
All prices are in Saudi riyals and are the total price for the displayed and confirmed scope before payment. Additional work requires a written quotation and fresh approval. AMSCV is not currently VAT-registered and does not presently charge VAT. Payment is made through an approved secure payment provider; AMSCV does not ask customers to send a full card number or CVV by email or forms. The order confirmation or invoice states the service, total price, payment status and delivery target.
4. الأسعار والدفع والضريبة
جميع الأسعار بالريال السعودي وتمثل السعر الإجمالي للنطاق المعروض والمؤكد قبل الدفع. يتطلب أي عمل إضافي عرضًا مكتوبًا وموافقة جديدة. AMSCV غير مسجلة حاليًا في ضريبة القيمة المضافة ولا تحصّلها في الوقت الحالي. يتم الدفع عبر مزود دفع إلكتروني آمن ومعتمد، ولا تطلب AMSCV إرسال رقم البطاقة الكامل أو رمز CVV بالبريد أو النماذج. يوضح تأكيد الطلب أو الفاتورة الخدمة والسعر الإجمالي وحالة الدفع وموعد التنفيذ.
5. Customer responsibilities
The customer must provide accurate and lawful information and files, have authority to use and share them, and review professional facts and outputs before approval. Customers must not request falsification of qualifications, experience or identity, use unlawfully obtained data, or send malicious files. LinkedIn passwords and payment-card data should never be sent to AMSCV.
5. مسؤوليات العميل
يلتزم العميل بتقديم معلومات وملفات صحيحة ومشروعة، وأن يكون مخولًا باستخدامها ومشاركتها، وأن يراجع البيانات المهنية والنتائج قبل اعتمادها. ولا يجوز طلب تزوير مؤهلات أو خبرات أو هوية، أو استخدام بيانات تم الحصول عليها بصورة غير مشروعة، أو إرسال ملفات ضارة. ولا ينبغي إرسال كلمات مرور LinkedIn أو بيانات بطاقة الدفع إلى AMSCV.
6. Work start, delivery and delay
Work starts after payment succeeds, required inputs are received and commencement is confirmed. The order confirmation states the target delivery date. The delivery clock pauses while required customer data, feedback or approval is outstanding, and the target date adjusts accordingly. AMSCV will notify the customer of any expected material delay and provide an updated date. Force-majeure delay does not remove rights granted by law.
6. بدء العمل والتسليم والتأخير
يبدأ العمل بعد نجاح الدفع، واستلام المدخلات المطلوبة، وتأكيد بدء التنفيذ. يحدد تأكيد الطلب موعد التسليم المستهدف. تتوقف المدة أثناء انتظار بيانات أو ملاحظات أو موافقات لازمة من العميل، ويعدل الموعد وفقًا لذلك. تبلغ AMSCV العميل بأي تأخير متوقع ومؤثر وموعد محدث، ولا يمنع التأخير الناتج عن قوة قاهرة الحقوق التي يقررها النظام.
7. Revisions and scope changes
Revisions are provided within the number and scope stated on the service page or written quotation. The customer should provide clear, consolidated feedback. A new objective, language, data source, page or deliverable is a scope change requiring a new quotation and approval. Correction of a defect or material nonconformity is not treated as an ordinary revision.
7. المراجعات وتغيير النطاق
تنفذ المراجعات ضمن العدد والنطاق المحددين في صفحة الخدمة أو العرض الكتابي. يقدم العميل ملاحظاته بصورة واضحة ومجمعة. يعد تغيير الهدف أو اللغة أو مصدر البيانات أو إضافة صفحة أو مخرج جديد تغييرًا في النطاق ويحتاج عرضًا وموافقة جديدين. ولا تحسب معالجة العيب أو عدم المطابقة الجوهرية كمراجعة عادية.
8. Cancellation, refunds and service remedies
AMSCV supplies no physical goods, so physical exchange or return does not apply. Cancellation before work starts receives a full refund. Subject to statutory exceptions, a consumer retains the right to cancel a service contract within seven days of contracting if the service has not been used or benefited from. After work starts, the reasonable value of documented completed or approved work may be deducted and the unperformed balance refunded where applicable; no deduction applies where cancellation results from AMSCV’s material breach or an uncorrected nonconformity. A defect is first addressed through correction or re-performance, followed by an appropriate partial or full refund if it cannot be remedied. If delay exceeds fifteen days in circumstances covered by law, statutory cancellation and refund rights apply unless force majeure or an exception applies. Approved refunds return to the original payment method and are initiated by AMSCV within seven business days of approval; bank or card-network posting may take longer.
8. الإلغاء والاسترداد ومعالجة الخدمة
لا تقدم AMSCV سلعًا مادية، لذلك لا ينطبق الاستبدال أو الإرجاع المادي. إذا ألغي الطلب قبل بدء العمل يسترد العميل كامل المبلغ. ومع مراعاة الاستثناءات النظامية، يحفظ للمستهلك حق فسخ عقد الخدمة خلال سبعة أيام من التعاقد إذا لم يستخدم الخدمة أو يستفد منها. وبعد بدء العمل، يجوز خصم القيمة المعقولة للعمل المنجز أو المعتمد وإعادة قيمة الجزء غير المنفذ متى كان ذلك منطبقًا، ولا يخصم شيء إذا كان الإلغاء بسبب إخلال جوهري من AMSCV أو عدم مطابقة لم تعالج. يعالج العيب أولًا بالتصحيح أو إعادة التنفيذ، ثم باسترداد جزئي أو كامل عند تعذر المعالجة. وإذا وقع تأخير يتجاوز خمسة عشر يومًا في الظروف التي يغطيها النظام، تطبق حقوق الفسخ والاسترداد النظامية ما لم توجد قوة قاهرة أو حالة مستثناة. يعاد الاسترداد المعتمد إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية، وتبدأ AMSCV تنفيذه خلال سبعة أيام عمل من الموافقة؛ وقد يستغرق ظهوره مدة إضافية لدى البنك أو شبكة البطاقة.
9. Privacy, confidentiality and intellectual property
AMSCV handles customer data under the published Privacy Policy and uses it to perform and support the order and keep necessary records. Customer data and content remain the customer’s property. After full payment, the customer may use final custom deliverables, while AMSCV retains its pre-existing tools, templates and methods and all third-party rights remain applicable. Customer work is used in a portfolio only with separate written permission and agreed anonymisation of sensitive data.
9. الخصوصية والسرية والملكية الفكرية
تتعامل AMSCV مع بيانات العميل وفق سياسة الخصوصية المنشورة، وتستخدمها لتنفيذ الطلب ودعمه وحفظ السجلات اللازمة. تبقى بيانات العميل ومحتواه ملكًا له. وبعد السداد الكامل، يجوز للعميل استخدام المخرجات النهائية المخصصة له، مع احتفاظ AMSCV بأدواتها وقوالبها ومنهجياتها السابقة وحقوق الأطراف الثالثة. لا تستخدم أعمال العميل في محفظة الأعمال إلا بموافقة كتابية مستقلة ومع إخفاء البيانات الحساسة بحسب الاتفاق.
10. Outcomes, complaints and governing law
AMSCV provides a professional service and does not guarantee a job, interview, LinkedIn ranking, revenue, business return or decision by a third-party platform. Complaints should be emailed to admin@amscv.com with the order number, issue and requested resolution, without card data or passwords. Receipt will be acknowledged within two business days and an initial response or decision provided within seven business days after complete information is received; the customer will be notified if more time is required. These Terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. The Arabic and English texts are intended to have the same meaning; if they conflict, the Arabic text prevails to the extent permitted by law. Later changes do not apply retroactively to a paid order unless both parties agree or the law requires it.
10. النتائج والشكاوى والقانون المطبق
تقدم AMSCV خدمة مهنية ولا تضمن وظيفة أو مقابلة أو ترتيبًا في LinkedIn أو إيرادًا أو عائدًا تجاريًا أو قرارًا من منصة خارجية. ترسل الشكوى إلى admin@amscv.com مع رقم الطلب ووصف المشكلة والحل المطلوب، من دون بيانات بطاقة أو كلمة مرور. يؤكد الاستلام خلال يومي عمل، ويصدر رد أولي أو قرار خلال سبعة أيام عمل من اكتمال المعلومات، وإذا لزم وقت أطول يبلغ العميل. تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية. يقصد بالنصين العربي والإنجليزي المعنى نفسه، وعند التعارض يعتد بالنص العربي بالقدر الذي يسمح به النظام. لا تسري التعديلات اللاحقة بأثر رجعي على طلب مدفوع إلا بموافقة الطرفين أو إذا تطلب النظام ذلك.
Approved service prices
Prices are in SAR and cover the displayed package scope. A “from” price and the flexible-budget solution require a written quotation after scope review. There is no recurring subscription unless expressly agreed in writing.
أسعار الخدمات المعتمدة
الأسعار أدناه بالريال السعودي وتشمل نطاق الباقة المعروض. السعر الذي يبدأ من مبلغ معين والحل بميزانية مرنة يحتاجان عرضًا مكتوبًا بعد مراجعة النطاق. لا يوجد اشتراك متكرر إلا إذا اتفق عليه كتابةً بصورة صريحة.
